Archways provides patient-acquisition and marketing services to dental practices. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the “data controller” of the personal data collected through this site.

- Your first and last name and your role at the practice;
- Your practice name and practice postcode;
- Your phone number and email address;
- Information about your treatment goals and available chair capacity; and

3. How we use your information and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call - on the basis of our legitimate interests and to take steps at your request prior to any agreement.
- To provide and improve our services - on the basis of our legitimate interests or the performance of a contract.
- To send you relevant follow-up about our services - on the basis of our legitimate interests or your consent. You can opt out at any time.
